Who We Are

Reiss Engineering’s strength is defined not only by its corporate experience, but more importantly by the experience and skills of those employed by the firm. Reiss has the technical depth and capability of a large national engineering firm, while retaining the “small company” virtues of attentive customer service and responsiveness. With an impressive history of project successes, Reiss has been widely embraced by communities in need of the expertise, customer service, and attention to detail offered by our staff.

Reiss actively pursues and hires employees whose background, experience, and interest match the focus and direction of the company. In addition to a strong and trusted management team, the Reiss team includes highly experienced team leaders and subconsultants that can deliver an unmatched level of service.

The Reiss team offers a unique makeup of staff from a variety of educational and cultural backgrounds. Reiss is an active member of many professional organizations, such as the Society of Women Engineers, and often volunteers its time and resources to promoting and participating in events that empower young women and students in grade schools throughout our local communities to pursue careers in science, math, and technology. In addition, Reiss develops a custom professional development plan for each staff member, which outlines career objectives, goals, and milestones based solely on each staff member’s unique career trajectory. Young engineers are encouraged and supported by the firm to take active roles in industry organizations, while senior staff are empowered to share their vast knowledge and experience through mentoring the next generation of water and wastewater superstars.
